Does Tucker Illuminations carry liability insurance?

Yes, 100% full coverage insurance. We carry full coverage insurance so there is not liability on your end. Christmas Light Installation is a dangerous job, leave it up to the pros this year and ensure a safe holiday season.

What if lights go out or there are weather related complications?

Tucker Illuminations absolutely stands behind the work, product, and service we provide to our clients. Problems that fall within our control, we will promptly schedule a time to come out and address any concerns.

Problems that are out of our control like theft, weather damage, equipment not supplied by Tucker Illuminations, or any reindeer game destruction, we will assess the project and communicate pricing.

Do we need to be home for the holiday light installation?

As long as we have access to any part of the property to complete the project, there is not a need for the client to be present during the installation.

However, we do take pride on effective communication and creating a personable experience, so we would appreciate the opportunity to schedule a time to meet and discuss project plans, or make sure the project has met and exceeded expectations.

Will you install lights that we already own?

Tucker Illuminations appreciates any and all opportunities to create a holiday atmosphere enjoyed by all.

We respectfully decline to install lighting and décor furnished by the client or other companies due to safety standards and unfamiliarity with product and design already established.

What are your options for storage and is there an extra cost?

As a part of our service, we can provide climate controlled storage for all of your holiday decorations which provides you the convenience of not having to lift, stack, and cram boxes into spaces that may damage or weather your equipment.

Tucker Illuminations will communicate all methods of contact information so if the location of our clients change, we can make arrangement to return the decorations or document change of address for the following year.

The cost of this service will vary pending on the amount of decorations you would like for us to store.

Is there an extra cost to take them down?

The cost of taking down our client’s decorations is included in the initial quote. If there is anything additional a client request that is outside the service and equipment we provided, we take pride on our willingness to help and give back and would be more than happy to assist any way we can.
